Glad to hear of the nice visit with the rheumy!  It's about time!  I also frequently run anemic, and I tend to get this funky kind of headache when I am.  It definitely tends to happen around "that time of the month" but also other times.  I was also anemic during my pregnancy and took iron.  I told the OB that even though I started iron again, I thought I was still anemic (cuz of these funny headaches), but she said there was nothing that could be done by that point because I was so close to delivery, so they didn't test me again.

Denise: with the metho, I started off at 4 pills and started losing my hair pretty quickly after that.  I remember it plugging up the shower drain and being very depressed.  I'm sorry to hear about your mom having AS.  I don't know that much about it, but it seems I read it's pretty awful.  I hope she's doing well.

Hey Ladies,

I just wanted to drop a little line to explain some "growing pains" our site is having, and I will be posting this on other active threads as well.

We've been getting a bunch of people registering, but not posting.  Some I think are legitimate, but some are spammers.  We've had a few "inappropriate" posts crop up that we've had to delete.  In order to help with that, we made some changes.  For some of you who were Newbie Members, you may now notice that you are a Toddler Member.  Toddler is the old Newbie (less than 25 posts) and Newbie is now 0 posts.  It sounds silly, but is going to help us not get inappropriate posts. 

If you are having any issues posting as a result of these changes, PLEASE let us know immediately.  If you were registered and no longer are (some people we know were legitimate people with no posts, and those people we have not deleted), you may need to re-register.  If you have any problems doing this, let us know immediately.  You can contact us by going to the main site (momswithra.org) and clicking on the "contact us" page.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but as we become more searchable to all of you, we become more searchable to spammers as well.
